Immediately after the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine MykhailoFedorov tweeted, the crypto wallets of the Ukraine government started receiving donations at an unexpected speed.
As per the data collected by firm name, Chainalysis on Global Crypto Adoption Index Ukraine ranked fourth, with approximately $8 billion value of crypto entering and exiting the country on annual bases. As per the New York Times reports, the daily transactions volume of crypto is about $150 million which is more than the interbank exchange’s volume in Hryvnia.
In the beginning $4 million, after that $13 million, and then $37 million is raised by the Ukraine government until March. After a few days, the total collection of the Ukraine government surpassed $55 million. And according to the deputy minister at the ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine and existing government spokesperson Alex Bornyakov the Ukrainian government just now announced receiving a total of around $100 million donations in cryptocurrency. As per the local news media, the Ukrainian government received $108 million in donations last week.
It is clear evidence that the crypto firms are moving the capital without middlemen, very conveniently and inexpensively, as their customers are believing that it’s the right way forward in the future.
